Chin Ups and Pull Ups: Get them in Ya!
Tuesday, April 20, 2010In today’s post I will show Yalls 2 great exercises that you need to get into your routine. Chin Ups and Pull Ups are fantastic exercises for the upper body and core. The next time you go to the gym I want you to look around and observe the exercises people perform. I will bet my bottom dollar that you won’t find many if any doing Chin Ups or Pull Ups (unless you are at the MOURRA Underground, we eat Chin Ups and Pull Ups for Breakfast). Give them and try you will quickly realize that they are tough to do.
In the video below I show you many variations so start with the one you are comfortable with and focus on perfect technique. Even if you can only do 1 Chin Up, that is a start. Enjoy the Video and get these exercises in ya, they’re DYNAMITE!
Remember to keep your abs braced throughout the motion (imagine someone is going to punch you in the stomach). Happy Chin Up and Pull Ups
