Group Personal is the newest program we are offering at Fundamental Fitness Conditioning. Work with a personal trainer for a lower cost in a small group setting. Workouts are unique, effective, and 30 minutes in length.
Spring Schedule
Monday and Wednesday: 6:00 am – 6:30 am, 7:30 am – 8:00 am
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00 am – 6:30 am, 7:30 am – 8:00 am, 5:15 pm – 5:45 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 10:45 am All Group Session Clients have access to this 45 Minute Boot Camp Style Workout
Monday Session: Push/Pull
Tuesday Session: Push/Pull
Wednesday Session: Legs/Shoulder/Bicep
Thursday Session: Legs/Shoulder/Bicep
Friday Session: NONE
Saturday Session: FULL BODY
