While I was at the LFH Lab (doing some research) I stumbled upon a great YouTube video by Doctor Mike Evans. He eloquently translates many research papers in a White Board Video style presentation. Check out the clip and perhaps share it with a family member or friend.
It might just save a life….
There you have it folks, simple concept yet implications are profound. At the end of the day we all know that being active is important. The key is to add it frequently and aim for at least 30 minutes per day.
Find a fitness program that fits your goals, needs, and wants. Add in some walking when you can, take the stairs if you have the opportunity. Walk your Dog if you have one, Window Shopping at the mall, etc.
But always keep in mind, in order for the above to resonate with individuals and for true change to occur.
