What’s Up Yallz! It’s Monday and time to GET in some LFH Principles. Today’s Episode is all about revisiting the WHYs of Fitness and approaching your fitness goals a little differently. Watch the video below and you’ll know exactly what I mean.

There you have it folks, the WHYs’ of FITNESS are the intrinsic reasons behind the workouts, the meal plans, the sweat, the tears, etc. Have enough WHYs’ and it will help you stay in the FITNESS GAME long enough to build the right habits and rituals.
