It’s Monday and at LFH HQ I have decided to officially LAUNCH, Motivational Mondays. Every Monday I will drop some LFH principles to get you in the right frame for mind for the week. Watch the debut episode and let me know what you think.

That’s it folks, just a quick video to remind you that you don’t need to wait till the New Years to set your New’s Years Resolution. I just recently had a male client lose 20 lbs in 4 weeks! My client didn’t hesitate, didn’t try to do it on his own. He hired me and I laid down the foundation and blueprint for SUCCESS. Folks, this CLIENT is projected to lose 75 lbs in 6-8 months, it’s going BANANA’S at LFH HQ!
