Posture Exercises – Shoulders
Monday, November 30, 2009Part of my Lean-Fit-Healthy Program is proper posture and body alignment. When you body is in neutral position, you put less stress on your joints, ligaments, and tendons among other things. Proper posture can help you breathe better and will help you perform better as well as reduce the likelihood in inuries.
In this video I address the typical upper body postural imbalance. Rounded Shoulders (Internally). tight pectoralis, and weak rotators (most likely external rotators).
Perform exercises daily for sets of 3 and 10 repetition. Focus on proper form and movements should be pain free.
