Its been a while since my last post, its been a crazy busy summer on my end. I hope you guys are having a ROCKIN summer too! I Just got back from a fantabolous family Utah Trip. If you love the outdoors, you gotta check out Utah. Anyhow, when I got back it was all about taking care of my latest recruits in the Lean-Fit-Healthy Program.
You see with my Fitness Consulting business I take on 20 clients for a period of 3-4 months and help them get Lean-Fit-Healthy. One of the pillars of my Lean-Fit-Healthy Programs is finding a Sustainable Workout regiment and meal plan that fits one’s lifestyle. Upon completion of the program my clients have the knowledge, tools, and proper direction that allows for long term success. Check out the video below as I expand on this concept.
In my opinion the best way to measure success of any program is to look at the long term results. Its all about finding the program that not only gives you short term results, but puts you in a position to maintain the results and long term success.
