Working Out, Outside, Brilliant!: Bench Circuit
Sunday, March 7, 2010Taking the show on the road and filming a circuit in the great outdoors. The weather has been beautiful in Southwestern Ontario and those in the area might of noticed that people have been in a better mood. I think its from the good old Sunshine! The sun does the body a lot of good and I don’t think we get enough of it, especially during the winter months. So get out there and ‘Get it in Ya’!
Try this circuit the next time you go for a jog or a bike ride to add in some fantastic body weight exercises. You can repeat each exercise for 15 reps for a total of 2-4 sets.
