No Problemo Blair, the workout was a lot of fun and the cool thing is we didn’t even need to use lots of machines. Body Weight exercises can be challenging and tough, and create a stimulus of growth. That is a good muscular soreness you are feeling and to loosen you up, check out my Posture exercise portion of my site for some great stretches.
