Okay Bring it IN, Bring it IN, I want to be REAL with YALLS

To many times in life when we are faced with making a decision and committing to it either we don’t want it bad enough or we have an exit plan.

Simply put we make excuses, let’s be honest, we all do (myself included), after all we all human.

The idea I want to leave with you is simple, If you deep down inside want to make some changes and get in the best shape of your life you have to have the following MINDSET:

What’s Up Yallz! It’s Monday and time to GET in some LFH Principles. Today’s Episode is all about revisiting the WHYs of Fitness and approaching your fitness goals a little differently. Watch the video below and you’ll know exactly what I mean.

There you have it folks, the WHYs’ of FITNESS are the intrinsic reasons behind the workouts, the meal plans, the sweat, the tears, etc. Have enough WHYs’ and it will help you stay in the FITNESS GAME long enough to build the right habits and rituals.

LFH Motivational Monday’s | 3 Principles for 4th Quarter Fitness

It’s Monday and at LFH HQ I have decided to officially LAUNCH, Motivational Mondays. Every Monday I will drop some LFH principles to get you in the right frame for mind for the week. Watch the debut episode and let me know what you think.

That’s it folks, just a quick video to remind you that you don’t need to wait till the New Years to set your New’s Years Resolution. I just recently had a male client lose 20 lbs in 4 weeks! My client didn’t hesitate, didn’t try to do it on his own. He hired me and I laid down the foundation and blueprint for SUCCESS. Folks, this CLIENT is projected to lose 75 lbs in 6-8 months, it’s going BANANA’S at LFH HQ!

Stay tuned for more episodes as we are heading to 4th Quarter Fitness Mode. I want everyone to finish the year off STRONG!
