Breaking down the calendar into Fitness Quarters is something that I have been doing with my clients for the past few years. It is a great way to help you stay focused along with feeling like you always have a fresh start (during the start of each quarter).

Things are going OFF the hook at LFH HQ. In a few weeks I will be unveiling my Indoor Boot Camps at a TOP SECRET location and offering 2 Weeks FREE! I need your help LFH peeps. Check out the video below and if you are in the Brantford area I would love to have you participate!

Caffeine, It’s a Helluva Drug | Cleaning up a Bad Habit

What’s Shaken Folks, the topic of today’s blog is Caffeine and my bad coffee Habit. It’s time to check myself before I wreck myself and address my coffee intake. Find out how I am trying to transition and reduce my coffee/caffeine intake. Make sure you watch the entire video to find out about some cool loose leaf tea that I am trying.

The Whys’ of fitness

What’s up my Dudes and Dudettes,

It’s been quite some time since I updated my blog. I’ve definately missed blogging and sending my peeps Health and Fitness tips on a regular basis. What better time then the present to get rolling again.

Today I have a gem post for yalls. It’s a topic that is often overlooked in my opinion when it comes to making a lifestyle change. If you really want to successful in reaching your fitness goals then you have to watch this video till the end. I have to admit this video is a bit on the long end and I do repeat the word ‘Why’ many, many times. But the message can have a huge impact for you immediately.

There you have it folks, some homework for you guys to do. In the end if you’re the type to always set a New Years fitness resolution every single year, then chances are you are approaching fitness the wrong way. No matter how good your intentions are and how prepared you are, if you don’t have the intrinsic drive to complete a task, then it won’t happen.

So to conclude this post I will leave you with a great line from an Ice Cube song, ‘Check yourself, before you wreck yourself’

For the past 10 years, I have been helping hundreds of clients get Lean-Fit-Healthy. What’s Happening Dudes!

Back for another episode and this time the theme is Fitness Goals. This post is all about setting fitness goals aside from your typical ‘Lose weight, Lose inches, etc’. Its about pursuing a fitness challenge, difficult exercise, competition, etc.

Which brings me to discuss the ever so challenging Muscle Up. I have been fascinated by Muscle Ups for the last 3 months and have been preparing for it. Check out the video below to learn more about Muscle Ups and find out if I can perform my first one on camera.

The weather in my neck of the woods was fantabolous and I hope it is a sign of what’s to come. Today’s post is all about finding out how healthy Yalls are. Cardio for Fat Loss – The Mourra Muscle Way……………..

Cardiovascular Activity AKA Cardio has been a hot topic of debate lately.  Slow Steady State vs High Intensity Interval Training. Which is better and why? I hate CARDIO! I repeat, I hate CARDIO, the slow boring kind and am a huge proponent of HIIT. Let’s just say if you are on a Treadmill and watching Dr. Phil or Oprah you more than likely are doing Slow Steady State.  In this video I will show some tips on how to rev up your Cardio and get in FANTASTIC shape!

If you want the real science behind why High Intensity Interval Training just leave a comment and I will fill you in. I just did not want to bore you with the science and figure if you are on my blog you want quick tips to keep you in shape during your busy life.
