Foam Rolling is a technique that is gaining popularity over the last few years. It is a great way to break down soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue. The majority of my Lean Fit Healthy clients add myofascial releases (using foam roller, tennis ball) into their program. In today’s video I share with you an IT Band Foam Roller technique.
