Sample Fat Blasting Circuit
Monday, October 19, 2009Here is a quick 20 minute Circuit training session that is great for fat loss. Make sure you warm up for at least 10 minutes on the bike or treadmill.
1.) Pushups (w/bench)
2.) Jumping Jacks
3.) Dips (w/bench)
4.) Prisoner Squats
5.) Mountain Climbers
6.) Step Ups
Perform 5-10 reps of each exercises and go through the list without taking a break. Once circuit complete, rest for 1 minute and then complete 1 or 2 more rounds.
Frequency: 2-3 x/week
Sets: 2 to 3
Reps: 5-10
