Coming ATCHA from the lab, LFH HQ at Fundamental Fitness Conditioning. Part of being Lean Fit Healthy is having mobility and flexibility to perform activities we enjoy along with daily living. Since majority of individuals sit for a large part of the day we get tight muscle which inevitable leads to imbalances.
In the video below I share a fantastic mobility exercise that will keep your hip flexors and hamstrings healthy. For some of my clients who have back pain, they found relief from this stretch. Keep in mind some back pain can stem for tight hamstrings or hip flexors.
