Lots of helpful stuff on this site. At the moment I’m really focused on getting shredded six pack abs. It’s my personal aim these days. more rapidly. I’ve been told that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to include in my diet. Are there any other foods I should consider working into my diet?

But more important you have to find foods you enjoy and adding variety is key as it is ‘the spice of life’

You bring up some good points…I’d like to know what you would recommend in my situation. My goal is to shed about 15 pounds in the next couple of months. But there are such a huge number of “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and adding solid muscle?
