This post is a gem, I filmed this episode a few weeks ago and now is the time to unveil it. Okay, are you guys ready for this? You can eat Pizza and stay lean-fit-healthy. Repeat after me, ‘I can eat Pizza and Stay Lean-Fit-Healthy’. The idea of eliminating all the foods you enjoy in order to get in great shape just cracks me up. It reminds me of the saying ‘You can’t have your Cake and eat it too’. I never did get that quote? Why would you have cake if you can’t eat it. Also, what happens to the cake? Okay I digress, check out this great pizza in the video below and get ready for your taste buds to be tantalised!

    That’s right Ron. Having treats is important. This pizza is almost a treat. Some ofmy clients have trouble eating just half of things like this, but that comes with practice and long-term thinking and knowing what the goals are. It helps to have 2-3 cups of veggies by the way!

    A person’s exercise output will determine how many treats they can have (or extra carbs, or extra calories) and still move forward in their program. Sometimes treats are actually what your body needs. My seminar at Welkin April 3 at 12:15 will be going over a lot of these concepts! And I’m hoping you’ll be there man! Free pizza! (just kidding)
