What’s Happening Dudes!

Back for another episode and this time the theme is Fitness Goals. This post is all about setting fitness goals aside from your typical ‘Lose weight, Lose inches, etc’. Its about pursuing a fitness challenge, difficult exercise, competition, etc.

Which brings me to discuss the ever so challenging Muscle Up. I have been fascinated by Muscle Ups for the last 3 months and have been preparing for it. Check out the video below to learn more about Muscle Ups and find out if I can perform my first one on camera.
