Berry Berry Good Egg Breakfast
Wednesday, February 24, 2010I’m back with another episode of ‘At my Kitchen’ where this time give you some ideas for some quick and nutritious breakfasts. I’m sure you know by now how important breakfast is, so I won’t get into the boring science of it. I always like to teach you ‘Brass Tacks’ nutrition and show you recipes that are natural, delicious, and not heavily processed.
Today I give you the ‘Berry Berry Good Egg Breafast’. This simple breakfast has under 5 minutes prep (assuming you boil eggs before hand). Enjoy
I apologize for the technicial diffifculities with the camera work but I want to offer a small gift to those who have a keen eye. Rewind back to 1:13 min and see what magically appears in the next scene…… Did you catch it? If you did, leave a comment below and the first to get it right will get a a FREE 4 WEEK WORKOUT Program that is part of an ebook I am working on!

I see that a lid or something appears next to the berries and there is also another slice of prosciutto on the plate. Am I right??!!
You’re Berry Berry close! But that’s not it……
Now I’ve got it!! It is the pineapple!!
Nicely done, if at first you don’t succeed try again. Good eye, I will give you your prize via email! Congrats
That is right! Never give up! Thanks Ron!
Nice presentation on the bfast Ron… looks like an appetizing spread! Is it ok to sub in another style of egg if I don’t like hard-boiled eggs?
Thanks Pearl! Great question regarding egg. You can definitely scramble it or have it sunny side up. I always cook with butter and once in awhile use coconut oil. I usually find if I am strapped for time I can boil eggs and do other things while it cooks. Or I have them ready from the night before.
Stay tuned for next’s week recipe!
the pinapple appeared
The Magic Pineapple didn’t just appear. It teleported from the counter behind you! Another great video, Ron. Your videos are becoming addictive to watch and to look forward to. Keep up the great pace.
Thanks for watching John! Next week’s recipe is going to be a delight, Healthy Beef Stew…. Yummy
