Coming at Ya on the run between clients. I was just at the mall getting some things and I was in a hurry. I started to get hungry and I didn’t want to give into the food court. Has this ever happened to you? In this video I show you a great snack that you can get from Shoppers, Supplement Store or Grocery Store.

    That’s right Ron, you want to be combining protein, carbs, and fats.

    At the mall, the drug store is a decent place to make it happen.

    A meal replacement bar is an OK emergency choice (don’t make this happen regularly) or like you said, cottage cheese and fruit – AND some nuts like cashews or almonds (on handful). Don’t forget the fats (the nuts are the fat).

    Keeping things like BOOST high protein or Ensure high protein in you car can save the day.

    I might also choose a bean salad from Druxy’s, or a salad with chicken from Wendy’s
